AI services / Organisation-wide adoption

Introduce AI across teams.

A useful pilot needs a path into everyday work. We help leaders choose the opportunity, operators test it and IT support it once the pilot ends.

What each team takes away

These activities overlap. Bring the people who set priorities, use the tools and support the systems into the same decisions.

01 / Leadership

Choose where to invest.

Compare opportunities by business value, data readiness and the cost of an incorrect result. Name a sponsor and the person who can stop or expand the pilot.

A ranked shortlist, accountable owners and investment criteria.

02 / Department managers

Choose a pilot that matters.

Follow a real case from trigger to completion. Measure today’s effort, wait time and corrections. Select a task with a clear operator and a result they can check.

A workflow map, baseline and pilot brief.

03 / Frontline teams

Try it under real conditions.

Test representative cases and awkward exceptions. Practise reviewing a suggestion, correcting it and returning to the manual path. Capture where people still need help.

Role-specific training, an exception guide and a feedback channel.

04 / IT & operations

Make the change supportable.

Decide which systems can connect, what data may leave them and how long a provider retains it. Assign access owners, monitor failures and rehearse recovery.

Access boundaries, a monitoring plan and a named support owner.

Decide what happens after the pilot.

Agree the thresholds before launch. Review time per task, accepted outputs, exceptions, operating cost and feedback from the people doing the work.

Expand

The task meets its agreed target, the team can operate it and the next group has comparable data and permissions. Extend in a measured release.

Revise

Some cases work but exceptions consume the time saved. Narrow the task, improve the inputs or move a decision back to a person, then retest.

Stop

The benefit doesn’t cover the cost or the team cannot manage the risk. Return to the existing process and record what a future pilot would need to change.

Start with one workflow.

For example, a facilities team might pilot AI-assisted intake at one site before another department adopts it. Each new use needs its own owner, access review and test cases.
