Discovery Workshop
Free initial consultation with your personal project director, this is when we get to know each other, we will discuss how your business currently operates and how we can help you overcome any obstacles that you are currently facing. Your project director will put together a development roadmap and offer some ideas and suggestions based on your needs
Proposal
Your project is broken down into phases known as ‘sprints’, your project director will provide you with a tailored proposal clearly defining each sprint, the timelines for each and the costs involved so that you can make informed decisions. You can then collaborate with your project director to prioritise and customise each sprint before development begins
Development
Development of each sprint will begin as soon as you give the go-ahead, your project director will keep you up-to-date on progress and will be available to you throughout to answer any questions or to discuss any feedback you may have. The length of each development sprint can vary depending on your needs but will usually be between 2-4 weeks
Delivery
After completion of each sprint, your project director will meet with you to review what has been done and discuss the next sprint. If you want to make any changes before committing to the next sprint, this is the time to discuss them. Development and reviews will continue in this loop until your project is complete
Maintenance
Once your project is complete your project manager will discuss tailored solutions for on-going monitoring and maintenance with you, this will include things like tech support, bug fixes, security audits, reporting and preventative maintenance
